Terms, privacy & refunds

Ticket terms
- Tickets are £55 per person and include entry, sharing food, one hour of bottomless mimosas (12:30–13:30), two 30-minute live performance sessions, DJ entertainment and access to the event until 17:00.
- Submitting a request on this website does not guarantee a seat. Seats are confirmed only once our team has contacted you and payment has been received.
- This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be requested on entry, and entry may be refused without it.
- The bottomless period runs from 12:30 to 13:30 only and is not extended for late arrival. Bottomless drinks are served one at a time to each guest and staff may refuse service at their discretion.
- The show is interactive. Participation is always optional and performers will respect a guest's wish not to take part.
- We operate a respectful-conduct policy towards guests, performers and staff. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave without refund.
- Photography or filming of performers may be restricted during the show. The event may be photographed and filmed for promotional use. [Confirm filming policy.]
- The running order and performers may change without notice.

Refund policy

Privacy notice
Who we are
This website is operated by [legal entity name and company number] trading as The 1 Bar, 18 Appold Street, London EC2A 2AS ("we", "us"). Contact: info@the1bar.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Ticket requests: your name, email, phone number, party size, occasion, group name, dietary requirements and any message. We use these to respond to your request, confirm your booking and arrange payment (legal basis: taking steps to enter into a contract with you). Dietary information is used only to cater for your party.
- Guest list: name, email and mobile, used to tell you about future Boardroom Brunch dates (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link).
- Cookies and analytics: if you click "Accept all", we use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our advertising (legal basis: consent). If you choose "Essential only", these are not loaded. You can change your choice using "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our email inbox. If you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data is processed by Google, Meta and TikTok. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for [12 months] after the event. Guest list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@the1bar.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
